I hereby agree to donate my service to Glider, Inc. I understand that I will not be compensated for my services and that I am not entitled to other monetary benefits in connection with my volunteer work. I will accept my instructions either from the supervisor assigned to me or those delivered via email or text. I understand that my work assignment is limited to the duties described in this agreement unless otherwise authorized by my supervisor. I will keep my supervisor informed of my progress and will notify the Volunteer Coordination Team if I am unable to report as scheduled or if I decide to terminate this agreement. I understand that this agreement may be terminated at any time by Glider, Inc. I shall indemnify and hold harmless Glider, Inc, Boulder Startup Week, their officers, employees and assigns from and against all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of participation as a volunteer. I understand that volunteers are responsible for their own insurance (medical, automobile, liability or any other) and are not covered in any way through Glider, Inc. Insurance. I also give my permission to use any photographs taken of me for marketing or other purposes.
